Stage eight.

 

I attached the head onto the neck with more epoxy. Then I built up the neck muscles the same way I did the torso and arm muscles. However in this case, I covered everything with latex, thickened with cabosil. I spatulated this on, and sculpted the muscle detail directly into the latex. The muscles on the exposed side of the head were sculpted in a thin layer of the epoxy. (Tricky!) Then I coated the torso with red tinted latex and roughed it up and peeled it to look like peeling layers of tissue. (If you look at a medical book, there’s a LOT of layers of tissue.)
